great teether

Super, super teether. this thing is priceless, and adorable to boot. my kids love to chew on them, both the cold part and the handle. only complaint is it doesn’t stay cool long enough…nothing’s perfect. would highly recommend this teether.

GREAT!

My kids love this toy! they are mesmerized when anyone holds it and clacks it back and forth for them. someday, they’ll be able to do that themselves, but for now we entertain them. adorable, too!

This is the best. my kids love love LOVE it. great teething toy and fun to grasp and play with. my kids chew on it for hours and actually “fight” over it. would recommend it to anybody!

Twins love it!

My twin boys love, love, love this toy! They are five months old and love to hold, chew, and stare at this toy. It is very easy for them to hold at this early age, the colors are great, the moving parts are fascinating for them, and I’m comfortable with them chewing on it because it’s from Haba. Highly recommend this!

Boys aren't crazy about this

I love the color and quality of this toy, but my 5 month old twins aren’t that interested in it. They seem to have a hard time getting their hands into the center to hold it because the other triangle is in the way. I would strongly recommend Pipano by Haba over this toy. Maybe they will like it more when they are older and have greater dexterity?

simple, useful = nifty!

What a great idea. I leave it in my diaper bag and whenever I forget to bring a waterproof bib, I take this out and attach to a folded table napkin and viola! To be quite honest, i don’t see the need for ever having one of our bibs to take home to launder when I can just leave a messy table napkin at the restaurant. The only improvement in design would be that the clips open a little wider to grab more of the napkin. So far, I haven’t had issues with baby pulling it off but he is only 7 mths and will probably beginning tugging at it soon.

great sand and water toy ++

My son found this in the present closet and immediately filled the big end with his little toys- it has a great gripping handle- and is very sturdy. We have used it with sand and rocks – it is a great thing to keep in your sand toy bag.

Not just for a girl!

I love this wooden toy. I have been looking for toys that are safe for infants so that if my son puts into his mouth- which seems inevitable at this age- that it would non-toxic. I feel comforted knowing that this toy is completely safe. He likes the mirror and bell components- which keep him captivated. This toy is clearly not just for girls.

Great clock!

I love this clock. Again, this is a purchase for future use- I just couldn’t resist it. I love the opportunity to practice not just telling time but also reinforcing colors. It’s a puzzle too- which keeps his brain working. I like the way the hour hand is clearly labeled, as is the minute hand. This is a great product!

Sturdy little car

This car was purchased for future use. The construction is sturdy and the colors are appealing. I particularly like the little fellow’s yellow beret. It is charming. I like the fact that the car is constructed of non-toxic wood because I won’t worry about my son chomping on it.

fun alternative to a teether!

We purchased this and the giraffe for our three month old daughter. We love the squeaky sound and texture of the toy! The ears are also perfect for chewing. Its a cute and original design as well! Great alternative to a traditional teether!

pacifier chain with small parts

I would not recommend this particular pacifier chain due to its small parts at the bottom. Our daughter often pulls at the chain and we are concerned that the small parts could unhook and go into our child’s mouth. We love the colors and the beautiful/creative design of the chain, we just wish the components were larger as this is a chooking hazard.

fun toy!

We purchased this for our daughter who is now almost five months. She loves to see us pull this around and it keeps her attention span. Although it is a small toy, it does make it easy to travel with. We enjoy this toy and would consider purchasing the other pull toys in the set.

colorful clutching toy!

We purchased this for our daughter at three months. She is now almost five months and just getting interested. She likes to see us flip each side around. We were disappointed in the bell in the center which does not make much noise. I think there are clutching toys that are more active available for newborns.

vulli sophie the giraffe

I ordered Sophie the giraffe for its non-toxic, bpa free qualities. The giraffe was for my daughter at three months. She is almost five months old and just now starting to grab and chew it, particularly the head. Great alternative to a traditional teether!

This toy is great. Makes a cute noise. Colorful. Very small, but so are all the wooden toys. Rolls, lots ‘o fun for the baby.

cute! But watch can pinch baby fingers

This is a really cute item, makes a cute clacky noise when you manually pinch its mouth shut. Baby sometimes gets a little pinch if her finger is under those teeth, though, so observe baby when playing with this toy.

Cute but not an instrument

We got this so my husband could pretend to play the banjo with the baby. However, You cannot make different sounds on the strings (meaning you can’t actually play this, all the strings play the same pitch). Thus, it’s an adorable toy, but not if you’re trying to help the child learn music.

Great

This is a cute (albeit very tiny) ball that the baby loves to roll back and forth. She eats it and we are less concerned due to the kind of finish used by HABA.

adorable, but not for baby to chew on

This is really cute. But, the eyes are just glued on, and baby could break them off when she chews. So, use caution when picking this item for a baby who still chews on everything.

Pieces could fall off - not for little ones who chew on toys

Cute toy, but when baby chews on the wings or antenae, it seems they could come loose and she could swallow them (in other words, thes are glued on). Hence, maybe not for the little ones who chew on everything.

Loved it!

My 4 month old son absolutely loves Sophie. His eyes light up when he even hears her name. He is working on his first tooth now and loves chewing on her legs.

Flensted Swallow Mobile

Elegant and spare, the swallows look lovely and light as they dance in my park themed nursery. I bought two and might buy a couple more.

Greatest Teether!

I have given this to several friends and they all tell me that it’s their childs favorite teething toy! My 3 month old daughter even likes grabbing for and slobbering on Sophie.

Balls come out

This is a good concept and the hitting part is fun but the balls roll right out of the box so it’s hard to keep up with them when a toddler is banging on it.

I was more interested in this than my 3 month old daughter. I thought she’d like the sparkly part but she didn’t really care for it. My 2 year old nephew really liked spinning the middle part around though.

Fun but Hard

My 3 month old loves grabbing for and chewing on this! I like that it’s non-toxic and colorful. One issue that we have with it is that she hits herself in the face when she starts waving it around and it’s pretty hard. I think this will be even better when she can control her hands a little better.

Great Product!

I bought this for my 2 year old nephew and he loves it! I was also surprised that our 14 month old neighbor was interested in it. He couldn’t match all the shapes but tried really hard and enjoyed it.

Smiles for Gnon

My son always smiles when I hand him this teether, but it’s not his favorite. He prefers Sophie the Giraffe. He does love to chew on Gnon’s head, feet and yellow loop, and likes the squeak. It is also very easy to hold and non-toxic so I would recommend this over other toys and teethers/rattles out there.

Yay Sophie!

I purchased Sophie because she was non-toxic. This is a great teething toy. It is very easy for my son to hold and chew on. He especially likes the legs and ears. It makes a nice squeaky sound and is easy to clean.

We love Moby!

Moby is a great toy! I like it just as much as my son does. Seems like a quality product that will last forever. My son smiles every time I hand it to him. It makes a nice clacking sound and is very exciting to look at. I would recommend to anyone.

Entertaining for Baby

My baby enjoys playing with the rattle and putting the mushrooms in his mouth. The white ring that holds the mushrooms does not seem to come apart. I wanted to take the mushrooms off the ring and hang them individually. I think you can probably pry the ring apart with force, but I haven’t tried yet.

Good purchase but made in China

I am happy with the quality of the book. My baby also enjoys watching the worm ‘crawl’ in and out of the pages of the book.

I have two complaints—1) the book is made in China. I bought the book specifically because I thought it was made in Germany. and 2) the washing instructions say no washing. How stupid! Of course a baby is going to put the cloth into his/her mouth and a parent will want to wash it. Can I not wash the book because the product quality cannot be guaranteed (hence the reasoning for not wanting products from China)? At some point I’ll just wash it and see what happens.

works on certain faucets

Great idea if you have a faucet with a pull up shower knob. My friend and I bought these for our tub/shower but didn’t realize that they wouldn’t work until we tried to attach to the faucet. We both have the type of faucet with a pull lever on the bottom of the faucet to turn the shower on. Didn’t work for either of us.

Not much rattle

This is a nice toy, made from safe plastic, but the ring that the keys are on is flat, not round, so the keys don’t really move around on it very easily. other than that, it’s a nice toy and our baby likes to play with it and chew on it.

Good toy, safe plastic

This is one of the Vulli products which I purchased knowing they use safe plastics. It’s a great product only if you choose to sterlize/disinfect it, use a steamer or just a splash of hot water. In the spirit of first time disinfeciton of bottles by boiling I also boiled this teether and the plastic got deformed. it still does the job very well, though.

Cute, but need to be careful with small babies

This is a nice little toy for the baby to play in the tub. The only drawback is, with smaller babies who take everything into their mouth you need to be careful that the baby doesn’t put the toy in his mouth with the squirt opening in and end up squeezing a mouthful of bath water out of the toy into their mouth.

This little toy is very adorable, well constructed and the perfect size for wee little hands. It is made of real wood with a non toxic water based paint which is a refreshing alternative to the chemical-laiden plastic chew toys available in stores. I will definitely order more toys from the Haba line.

Fun alternative to the standard "keys rattle"

I love the colors and shapes of this toy and my baby does too. The key rattle is one of those standard baby toys and this is a stylish alternative to the original.

Fascinating & Colorful Toy

My 8 month old really likes this toy. It makes noises (bell and rattle sounds) and has lots of fun colors to look at. The little people spin around. He loves to chew on it and shake it. I really like that it’s solid wood and made in Germany.

Great Teething Toy.

My 8 month old son loves his Sophie the Giraffe. It makes a great squeaking sound. It’s easy for him to clutch and he loves to chew on it. A perfect teething toy. It’s funny how he has learned to recognize it’s squeak. It always makes him smile. It’s hard to find plastic toys not made in China. I was excited when I found this little one.

LOVE Sophie

My daughter loves her Sophie. She can easily grab it and the legs are perfect for her to rub on her tender gums. Every child should have this when they’re teething. It’s pricey, but worth every penny.

Good quality rattle

My 4 mo. old likes to chew on the petals and sometimes he even can get the face turned enough to stick it in his face. I like this toy brand and so far it’s held up to being dropped, thrown, sucked on, etc…
