Disappointing

My son received this as a gift for his 4th birthday. We usually love Plan Toys, but we are disappointed with this set, unfortunately. The lift is rather difficult to maneuver. When the knob is turned, the lift tends to jam unless it’s positioned just right. The sign on the top of the shop is simply a peg that sits in a hole and it tends to fall out. We will have to glue it in place or else it will be lost before the week is out. Also, it seems as though it should include a service person instead of a 2nd service vehicle, but it does not. There is a service counter, but no one to stand behind it or to work on the cars. The tow truck is cute though. The knob on the top turns so that the tow rope can be winched up.
