Definitely made with quality materials
written over 4 years agoMy son received this walker for his first birthday. The entire product is brightly-colored and made of high-quality wood. He loves to build towers with the blocks but hasn’t really used the walker to practice walking yet because it seems to slide away easily when he grips the handle. Perhaps a bit more weight in the “lawn mower” would help control walking movement.
GREAT BLOCKS BUT DANGEROUS WALKER! POORLY DESIGNED!
written over 4 years agoI originally purchased this for my 8 mos. old daughter after reading the great reviews here online. What a mistake! The blocks are pretty nice (even though there are not a lot of coats of paint on them which makes the paint not last). The walker is another story! First, the walker is NOT sturdy as others claim! It is VERY easy for this walker to tip back due to how lightweight it is. Now, one could put weights in addition to the blocks already in place to help stabilize the walker. However, the blocks compartment is elevated which makes this rather difficult. The manufacturer should have designated more weight in the front of the walker to avoid this problem. Second, the headlights portion of the walker poses a huge safety concern as it is very easy for a small child’s fingers to get trapped behind it. I found this out the hard way! My daughter’s finger got caught behind one of the headlights and she could not get it out. After a few blood-curdling screams I was able to pry her little finger loose. Her finger was terribly swolen afterwards. Overall, this walker is poorly designed with very little concern for safety which is not typical of Plan Toys brand toys. You are much better off purchasing another “green” walker such as one made by Haba. They are a bit more pricey but they are well worth it! You get what you pay for when it comes to walkers! Don’t waste your money with this cheap one!
LOVE this walker
written over 4 years agoWe bought this for our baby’s first Christmas and it is a great product. My daughter isn’t walking just yet but she LOVES playing with the colorful blocks and using the bar to stand up like a big girl. In keeping with Plan Toys tradition this toy is of excellent quality and will be around for a long time. Love this company and love this walker.

written over 4 years agoWe bought this for our son at 8 months. Now at 19 months it is still a favorite! Great value due to building blocks set. They are a great first set of blocks, don’t chip easily. Very well constructed, safe for new walkers. It is difficult to turn corners at first, but that’s what makes it great and safe for babies, now, our son picks it up to make the turns, drags it behind him, gives his stuffed bears a ride, very cute to watch. We have several Plan Toys, which can be pricey but worth it every time due to their excellent safety standards and quality.

written over 4 years agomy son loves this walker so much we took a short video of him playing with it for the first time because he was so excited! it was supposed to be a Christmas present but we couldn’t wait for him to have it. i especially like the adjustable handle height, adjustable wheels’ resistance, and soft, movable “headlights” – all of which make it safe and super fun for new walkers.

written almost 5 years agoWe play with this daily. It’s well made and the blocks are colorful and smooth. At 8 months, our daughter can’t walk with this yet but it’s going to be even more popular once she can. It’s a great price for what you get! I recommend this one highly.

written almost 5 years agoNot only is this walker sturdy and great for my son to learn to walk behind, he also loves to stack the blocks that come inside it! I had a horrible plastic walker (someone gave me) and it kept tipping over when he would push it-not a problem with this one as long as you set it in the straight upright position for new walkers (you’ll see what I mean when you get it!)
