Happy in the Mirror - A Great Distraction for a Fussy Baby!
written about 1 year agoMy son loves mirrors and this toy. He is 11 months and though he does not flip the squares around quite yet, he does pick up this toy a lot and looks at his reflection. It is a favorite because we take turns looking at each other in the reflection – it’s become a cute game. I pull this toy out of my bag when we are in a restaurant or waiting room to distract him with, looking at objects through the mirror. I love it.

written over 1 year agoThis toy is great for babies who love mirrors, as my son does. Though at eight months he still is too young to manipulate the flaps himself, he really enjoys watching me move the flaps and watching me reveal the mirror. Before I bought this, I thought that the flaps only were able to cover the mirror or be behind it as the picture shows, but they actually can assume a third position on the side. This gives the toy more variety and allows you to balance it on other objects as well, which is fun to do with it. Though it is constructed well overall, the only gripe I have is that the color has come off some of the flaps onto the natural wood part. Fortunately, this rubbing has occurred on a section of the toy that your child cannot readily get their mouth on, so I am not overly concerned about this. I would recommend this toy to others.
