I purchased this mermaid squirter even though it was not natural because we have a mermaid theme going in the bathroom. I understand it says it shouldn’t be mouthed by children but that is what babies do! The first time she used it I realized the paint the entire top of the head was gone and probably down my daughters throat. I had been watching her the whole time and removed the toy every time she put it in her mouth so I don’t feel it should have come off that easily. Now I can’t even put it on the shelf for show bc the paint is gone. I think this was a waste of money. Too bad they couldn’t have made this better, because it is very cute and matching all of the Haba mermaid bath items. =[

yikes, its made of PVC

haba’s bath squirters are all unfortunately made of PVC. its a shame because otherwise their toys are usually a safe bet. I really don’t want my baby chewing on something made of PVC. try boon bath toys, they are all safe.

Our baby loves this little mermaid bath toy. It takes a little effort to squeeze the water in due to the shape and firmness of the plastic, but she’s so cute and happy baby loves it. Made in China, and not a teether.

I bought this Mermaid squirter and the Frog squirter for my daughter for bath time and she loves them. She’s teething right now so she also uses them as teething toys while in the bath. They keep her quite occupied.
