Wohoo! Who lives in the magical forest? Towel doll Alba is baby’s first friend and a real companion. The towel doll gives your child comfort and security, it takes on familiar smells of mommy and home and soothes your baby wherever you go. The towel doll is made of soft polar fleece and colorful cotton fabric with the characteristic knots. This design is inspired by the first doll Kathe Kruse made with a towel in 1905.

The owl head is filled with polyester wool. Machine wash at 30°C gentle cycle.

About Kathe Kruse

In 1905, Kathe Kruse, a mother of five, started making the kind of toys she wanted for her children. The first doll she made was a simple towel filled with sand with a potato head.
