Chan Pie Gnon Yellow

Chan Pie Gnon comes from the French word champignon, which means mushroom. Chan (blue), Pie (pink), and Gnon (yellow) are adorably mushroom-shaped soft chew toys.

Yellow Gnon has an adorable ring atop her head, great for grasping and for teething babies to chew and nibble. Gnon makes a happy sound when squeezed.

A close cousin to Sophie the Giraffe, Gnon is also proudly handmade in the French Alps with the finest natural rubber (phthalate-free) and food quality paints.

To clean, simply wipe with a warm damp cloth. Do not immerse the teether in water.

So cute!

I love the sound this makes, and the handle is a great way to get my little 4 month old to learn to grasp. She started teething early, and I wanted something more natural for her to put in her mouth, and this fir the bill perfectly.

The most unique natural teethers!!

This line has the most unique natural teethers!! Fun and function. The shape makes these so comfortable for little hands to hold. My only negative is that the squeakers inside do not work as well as in Sophie. But KangarooBoo has great Customer Service… so no worries!

Great Teether

written 15 days ago

This item pleased me from the start. What a great company to create safe teething items for children. You’d be surprised at how difficult it can be to find safe teethers. My daughter had no interest in the cherry wood Waldorf teether we bought but Vulli strikes again with the rubber toys. We loved Sofie already and now Gnon is easy for her to pick up because of its loop. The color is appealing as is the noise it makes; it’s not too loud or annoying. I gave a Chan as a gift and it was also well received. I would definitely recommend them and would give again as gifts. They wash easily and are well liked by my six month old girl as she puts everything in her mouth.

Not for me

written 18 days ago

I wish I got the blue Chan or pink Pie instead because with my 6 month old who is teething – likes the nubs more than the hole of Gnon. I watched other babies and thought she would be like them- they where more oral and stuck out their tongues and know they would have like chew on the handle more. My child just isn’t into it.

Excellent squeaky, natural rubber, safe color toy. Daughter loves chewing on this toy. It’s easy to clean and free of chemicals. Other than my wife thinking it resembles a particular male body part this is a toy I recommend for teething and even non-teething infants.

FUN AND COLORFUL

Our baby loves it. It makes a funny noise and makes our baby smile. It has bright colors and fun shape which makes our baby play wit it for a long time. If you looking for fun looking toy little Gnon is your toy. :)

favorite toy

This is my 9-month old teether’s favorite toy. It does initially have a strong rubbery odor that took some getting used to on my part before it gradually weakened—but it never seemed to phase my 9-month old. I like the fact that I can snap a “tether” onto the head loop and then to his car seat belt or high chair in order to keep the toy from dropping or being thrown to the floor. It is exceptionally easy to squeeze. The rubber appears to be both very durable and pliant. You can produce a squeak simply by tapping the head so that it bounces lightly down on the body. My 9-month old used to pound the toy on his lap or some surface in order to produce the squeak, but just the other day, he figured out how to squeeze it with his hand to make it squeak. I have to say, the consistency of the toy and its squeak reminds me a bit of a dog toy. (My 9-month old drools as much as some dogs!)

Great teething toy

I got all three (Chan, Pie, and Gnon) for my son. He likes holding on to the ring on Gnon’s head and loves how it squeaks. He’s also perfectly sized and shaped for my son to hold him. His feet are also great for chewing! People always ask where we got him.

Super, super teether. this thing is priceless, and adorable to boot. my kids love to chew on them, and the squeaking noise is fun too. i think my dogs are jealous! would highly recommend this teether.

Smiles for Gnon

written 2 months ago

My son always smiles when I hand him this teether, but it’s not his favorite. He prefers Sophie the Giraffe. He does love to chew on Gnon’s head, feet and yellow loop, and likes the squeak. It is also very easy to hold and non-toxic so I would recommend this over other toys and teethers/rattles out there.
