Best chore chart out there!

written 7 months ago

One of the best purchases that I ever made. I wasn’t sure if we would actually use them, but find that the kids remind me about their rewards everyday. Our reward at the end of the week is like 10 to 25 cent per chore and they are eager to rack up the cash. I found that this is the cheapest place to buy this from and shipping was fast! I’m having a daughter and plan on getting a third one for her use.

Love it!

written 10 months ago

Each week we choose a couple of additional responsibilities in addition to the standard ones(setting table and being quiet during nap time – one that we created). I like that we can create our own with the blank pieces. My son loves picking out his responsibilities and then going through them every night to talk about what he did and didn’t do.

Great chart, a lot of pieces

written 12 months ago

I have three kids, and all are four and under. While a great chart, it has a lot of pieces, so be advised the little kids may just want to pull pieces off. I also gave one of these as a gift to a seven-year-old, and it was a huge hit with her. Well made, but tons of pieces.

Great tool

written almost 2 years ago

We purchased this set for my in laws who were having challenges with creating structure in their home. The children loved having the board and the visual reminder of their great work and how they have been “good” today!

Magnetic Responsibility Chart

written over 2 years ago

This is a wonderful tool! It’s simple but effective. My 4 year old can’t wait to put up his smiley faces at the end of the day. It makes him think of his actions. You’ll see him get ready to not share something with his brother, then he’ll pause and offer his brother whatever he has in his hand. He likes being involved in the decision process when it comes to picking out what we’re going to work on that week. There are 2 blank magnets and when we first purchased the chart we put one magnet up for “potty training” to encourage no accidents. We also made one for “using words” which helped aide in avoiding tantrums when he couldn’t quite figure out how to express himself. At the beginning of the week we determine what his reward or allowance will be and he gets excited when he earns his reward. My 2 year old is starting to get into the process and I’m going to have to buy a second one.

Responsibility Chart

written over 2 years ago

We have an older version of this chart and my son, 4, had a difficult time with it. He has some special needs, including visual processing disorder, so the multiple chores and options for rewards were confusing for him.

However, this chart looks much more appealing to his needs. It looks simplified and much less cluttered, something that he needs more than options.
