Made of 100% cotton, is hand washable, and easy to roll and store.

In Montessori classrooms, floor mats are used to provide children with their own delineated work space where they can work and even leave “work” for several days giving them opportunities to work on larger and more complex projects that might take more than a day.

This mat reminds us of the mats used in our child’s Montessori classroom. It can certainly be used this way at home for play, “work” or crafts.
