Our baby rattles have all hardwood parts that are assembled by hand using glue.

The baby rattle is perfectly sized for babies. It measures 2 1/2” long and about 1 3/4” in diameter. The disks move slightly back and forth and spin freely.

Each rattle is coated with tung oil and individually shrink-wrapped.

Schoolhouse Naturals line was introduced in Summer 2008 by Maple Landmark. These are simple wooden toys that uses primarily hard maple and no added chemicals other than a little woode glue where needed. Even the detailing is chemical free – it is laser engraved into the wood. Except where noted, tung oil is applied as a finish.
