First Bead Maze
By Melissa & Doug
By pushing beads around the tracks, children develop hand-eye coordination as well as cause and effect. As the child grows older, they also learn to recognize the various shapes, colors and sizes of the wooden beads.
All the beads are contained within the maze. There’s suction cups at the base to keep it from sliding on tabletops.
Made of wood and metal wire, painted with nontoxic paint.

Reviews
Compact
written about 3 years agoThe best thing about this bead maze is that it doesn’t clutter up a living room. Ours sticks to our glass topped end tables. My son didn’t find interest in it till 16 months, thus 4 star rating. Otherwise it’s a great well build toy.
has chemicals in it
written almost 4 years agoAccording to healthytoys.org, this bead maze is not the best option. The red wire contains arsenic in it. At least there is no lead or PVC I guess. Still, another bead maze might be a better option.
Great dinner entertainment
written about 4 years agoOur 11 mos. old boy has been playing with this toy since he was 6 mos. in his highchair at times while I cook or clean in the kitchen. It will keep him occupied for a good 10-15min., which I think is pretty good for a baby’s attention span.
Our boy has also proven its solid construction by pushing it overboard many, many times (the suctions do stick well, but he still manages to move it off.)
Perfect for high chair
written about 4 years agoBased on the previous reviews, I bought this for use when my daughter is in her high chair. She’s now 10 months, and has been using since she was 7 months old. I stick it to her high chair after dinner, and she’ll occupy herself for 10-20 minutes while I clean up. It’s been neat to watch the progression as her little fingers learn what to do. It’s been a great toy for helping with her pincher grasp and hand eye coordination. Highly recommended.
Keeps baby occupied
written over 4 years agoWe bought this for our 7 month old baby to keep him occupied while we eat dinner. We attach it to the table right in front of his clamp-on portable high chair. It keeps him occupied and has proven to teach him problem solving skills. Good buy for a young baby, as he grows though, I will have to get him a bigger bead maze b/c this is high chair toy size.
Fun and entertaining
written over 4 years agoMy son enjoys playing with this in his high chair while I’m getting dinner ready. Only complaint is the suction cups hold so tightly and they don’t have the tabs to help lift it up, so it can be very difficult to get it off the high chair tray!
Great Entertainment
written almost 5 years agoThis is a perfect toy for a highchair. I can put my 6 month baby in her highchair, attach the bead maze to the tray and fix her meals. She stays entertained the whole time until I am ready. The suction cups really work great, unlike cheaper toys I previously bought. I definitely recommend this toy to maintain sanity during feeding time!!!
Nice Toy
written almost 5 years agoThis is a cute toy, very colorful. I think any child would be interested in using it. While it is made in China, this company is supposed to be conscious of toy safety. Last, check the dimensions so you are not surprised. It’s about half the size of other similar toys from cheaper companies, but still a good size for baby.
