We want you to be happy with the items you’ve purchased at KangarooBoo. If for whatever reason you wish to make a return, you’re welcome to do so within 60 days from date of purchase as long as the following criteria are met:
- The item(s) were purchased from KangarooBoo.
- The item(s) are in original and unopened, unused condition with no signs of wear or use.
- All original packaging, including instructions, inner packaging and tags must be present, attached and in good condition.
- Item(s) cannot be returned if assembled.
- Pacifiers, sippy cups, and other personal items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
- Clearance/sale items that are discontinued are As Is and are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges accepted.
All return shipping and/or insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility. KangarooBoo is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged on the return route.
Please email or call 1-888-804-9638 with your order ID and state the reason for return/exchange.
Refund will be issued for the purchase price paid less any coupons, discounts, and shipping charges where applicable (if the original order utilized our Free Shipping and the return item(s) causes the original order total to fall below $75, up to $6.95 in shipping fee would be deducted). For larger items, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) and refunds will be issued accordingly.
