We want you to be happy with your order and shopping experience at KangarooBoo.

Defective Items / Missing Parts

If you’ve received a defective item or an item that is missing some parts, please call us during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9a.m. – 5p.m. CST. at toll-free 1-888-804-9638 or email us at with your order ID stating the issues.

Other Returns

If you aren’t completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase (in original condition with all packaging intact; basically all returned items must be in re-sellable condition), and we will gladly issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, discounts, and shipping charges, if applicable. For example, if the original order utilized our Free Shipping and the return item(s) causes the original order total to fall below $75, a $6.95 shipping fee would be deducted.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, we recommend insuring the package. Please keep all your shipping receipt and tracking number, if applicable, until we have processed your return request. We do not accept COD shipments. Please note: KangarooBoo is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Follow the instructions, fill out the Return of Merchandise form provided and be sure to include it with your returns. Packages shipped to us without the completion of the Return of Merchandise form will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the package. You will receive a confirmation email from us when it has been processed.
