When will I receive my order?
For orders within the US, please refer to the UPS map for approximate delivery time. Once your order has been dispatched, you shall receive tracking information via email for the package. We typically dispatch orders within one business day.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to most countries, and we use US Postal Service to ship the items. Certain restrictions may apply. Shipping charges vary greatly depending on country, package weight and dimension as well. Please contact us via email or phone to inquire about purchases being sent outside of US/Canada.

Do you ship to military (AFO/PPO), or PO Box addresses?
We do send to military and PO Box addresses. We would use Priority Mail by US Postal Service. Shipping charges vary depending on package weight and dimension. Please contact us via phone to place orders that are being sent to Military or PO Box addresses.

Do you charge tax?
As required by law, we charge 6% sales tax on purchases shipped within Iowa.

Do you offer gift wrap?
We offer gift wrap for a fee of $3.90 to $5.75 per item, depending on the wrapping paper of choice, regardless of the size of the item (except for some bulky items). We offer a variety of wrapping paper options which can be viewed and selected during checkout. You may also attach a note free of charge, and we will handwrite it on a card for you.

Please note, we cannot gift wrap items shipped outside of the US due to customs/clearance that could render the gift wrap being torn open for inspection.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for amounts of $5 to $500.

How do I create a gift registry?
Our Gift Registry will be ready soon. We are working hard on getting this completed. If you’d like us to notify you when it is completed, please contact us. In the meantime, one can create a wishlist and make it public so friends/families can at least see what items are on The List.

Where are your toys made?
Each product page shows the country of origin for that particular product in “The details” section. This section also includes other information such as recommended age, product dimensions, etc.

Furthermore, at the left hand column of the website there is a section called “Made In” and from there you can choose the countries of origin that you wish.

In case you might want to exclude all China-made toys, we’ve done just that for you. Click on Not Made in China. Clicking on “view all at once” will display all of them.

We select our vendors and toys carefully and do not offer anything that we would not let our own children play with.

How do I return an item?

How do I exchange an item?
You can return that item and then place a new order for another item. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions.
