International Shipping

We do ship internationally to most countries. However, certain restrictions may apply. Shipping charges vary greatly depending on country, package weight and dimension.

Our system is equipped to provide rough shipping estimates. Please add items to your shopping cart, upon entering your shipping address, the system will display a quote before you finalize the ordering.

What is the shipping Method?

Shipped via USPS Priority. You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped and are able to track the progress of your package while in transit.

What is the total shipping/handling cost?

In order to provide accurate shipping/handling fees, we would need a list of the items and quantities that you are purchasing and where it’s being sent.

Can you gift wrap my purchases sent outside of USA?

We do not offer gift wrap for any items shipped internationally due to customs inspections and possibility of wrapped items being opened.

How much is customs Duties and Taxes?

There may be custom duties and/or taxes assessed to the package recipient at time of delivery. This is exclusively the rights of each country’s customs and not within KangarooBoo’s control. We do not know the amount of custom duties and/or taxes necessary.

How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?

Orders shipped internationally may take up to one week to dispatch due to extra customs forms and paperwork that needs to be completed. Packages typically arrive within 5-15 business days after dispatch.

Can I use a forwarding company (located within the US) as the shipping address? Such as a courier service for international shipping?

Yes, you may do so. However, KangarooBoo is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods when our package(s) would be intercepted and handled by a third party company before it gets shipped onward to you, the final recipient of the package.

Are all prices listed in US. dollars?

Yes, all prices quoted on KangarooBoo.com are in U.S dollars.
