Magnetic Responsibility Chart by Melissa & Doug
Magnetic Responsibility Chart written 6 months ago
This is a wonderful tool! It’s simple but effective. My 4 year old can’t wait to put up his smiley faces at the end of the day. It makes him think of his actions. You’ll see him get ready to not share something with his brother, then he’ll pause and offer his brother whatever he has in his hand. He likes being involved in the decision process when it comes to picking out what we’re going to work on that week. There are 2 blank magnets and when we first purchased the chart we put one magnet up for “potty training” to encourage no accidents. We also made one for “using words” which helped aide in avoiding tantrums when he couldn’t quite figure out how to express himself. At the beginning of the week we determine what his reward or allowance will be and he gets excited when he earns his reward. My 2 year old is starting to get into the process and I’m going to have to buy a second one.
Standard Spin Top Green Color by Maple Landmark

I thought these were cute. I thought my kids would think they were cute. I don’t even know where the tops are at – probably the bottom of the toy chest waiting to be donated. They played with them for about an hour. Once they mastered how to spin the top, they lost interest. They might still be too young, but hey! For the price, they can’t be beat and they did learn a new skill.
Made by Me! Train Engine by Maple Landmark

My kids love trains and crafts. This was an easy and quick father and son project and they had a lot of fun putting it together and painting it to look like the famous little blue engine. For the price you can’t beat it.
