This teether doesn’t compare to Sophie, but now that my 6 month old has 2 teeth and more on the way he really appreciates getting this teether fresh out of the refrigerator. It’s easy for him to hold and he seems to like the stem/leaves area best.

I got Sophie for my son at about 3 months. She was an instant favorite… You could say it was love at first bite! At 6 months we still take her everywhere. She’s cute, soft, no sharp edges like some gel teethers, non-toxic, and easy to clean – perfect!

Rediscovered at 5 Months written almost 2 years ago
I bought this when my baby was 3 months old, and he was not interested at all. At around 5 months, he became fascinated with it. For the last month, especially now that he’s sitting up, he rolls it, shakes it, passes it from one hand to the other. We pass it back and forth to each other across the floor (ok, I do a lot of the work!). It’s one of his favorites at the moment!

Broke Right Away written almost 2 years ago
I LOVED this rattle, and so did my 3-month-old. BUT, one day if fell off my coffee table, bounced up off the carpet floor, hit the bottom of my futon frame and the handle BROKE! (I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it with my own two eyes!) Seems like it didn’t take much to break, and I only had it for a week.
